For over 20 years, Claire has helped to develop the skills of 30,000 employees in the UK and abroad. Starting with the end in mind, she provides insight on how this can be achieved with a range of formal and informal learning interventions and works with leaders and their teams to embed the knowledge, skills, attitudes and habits they need to be successful. Afterall, training takes place in the classroom, however real learning develops over time, with consistent habits and a robust support system in place.
Claire helps organisations articulate what they want their people to be able to do better, using her experience to provide effective solutions to problems caused by employee turnover and low productivity in large corporate settings.
Having worked across industries including financial services, telecoms, construction, as well as many public sector organisations, Claire appreciates the challenges and opportunities that businesses face and brings creativity, empathy and a strong commercial awareness to every interaction she has.
